Batavia - Albert J. Fox, 84, of Batavia, a former School Cleaner at John Kennedy School in Batavia, died Saturday, August 9, 2014 at Genesee County Nursing Home.
Mr. Fox was born October 15, 1929 in Jerusalem, NY, the son of the late Cecil A. and Freda (Darmsteadt) Fox.
He attended services at the Northgate Free Methodist Church and the First Baptist Church and was an avid Batavia Muckdogs Fan and former Batavia Muckdogs Booster Club member.
Special thanks is sent to the staff at the Genesee County Nursing Home and Lake Plains Dialysis for the excellent and kind care that you provided to Albert.
There are no prior calling hours. Private services will be at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Grand View Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Northgate Free Methodist Church, 8160 Bank Street Road, Batavia, NY 14020.
Arrangements were completed by H.E. Turner & Co., Funeral Home of Batavia.
