Mrs. Arline J. Appis, 85, of Batavia, died Thursday (April 19, 2012) at the United Memorial Medical Center in Batavia.
Mrs. Appis was born March 28, 1927 in Rochester, the daughter of the late Arthur and Stella (Perkins) Walker.
Mrs. Appis enjoyed cooking, reading, listening to music and playing bingo. She was a server at the former Red Barn Restaurant in Gates.
Survivors include four sons, Bob (Sally) Appis of Ogunquit, ME, Mike (Linda) Appis of Caledonia, Gary Appis of Batavia and Jeffrey (Jean) Appis of Byron; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She is the wife of the late Robert Appis and sister of the late Herbert Walker.
