Barbara A. Mccarrick

Batavia - Barbara A. McCarrick, 78, of Batavia, a retired secretary at the Batavia VA Medical Center, died Monday, August 7, 2017 at LeRoy Village Green Nursing Facility following a lengthy illness. Mrs. McCarrick was born January 31, 1939 in Batavia, the daughter of the late Frank and Rose (Bartholomew) Raziano. She was a member of Resurrection Parish and a 1956 graduate of Notre Dame High School. Surviving is her husband, William B. McCarrick whom she married on December 31, 1963. Also surviving are one son, Marc (Cecile) McCarrick of Virginia Beach, VA.; two sisters, JoAnn (Richard) Callan of Batavia and Nancy Brown of Sanborn and one brother, Joseph (Gail) Raziano of Florida. She was the sister of the late Mary Teresa. Services will be announced at a later date. Memorials may be made to Resurrection Parish, 303 E. Main St., Batavia, NY 14020. Arrangements are being completed by the Bohm-Calarco-Smith Funeral Home of Batavia.
