Brian Paul Baumgarte, 39, of Batavia, died Sunday (June 5, 2016) at the United Memorial Medical Center in Batavia.
Brian was born November 12, 1976 in Poughkeepsie, a son of Dennis and Beverly (Kendall) Baumgarte of Batavia.
Brian enjoyed karaoke, gaming on his computer and spending time with his niece, Isabelle. He was a school bus driver for Student Transport of America in Alexander and will be remembered as a teddy bear.
Surviving along with his parents are two brothers, Scott Baumgarte and Kevin (Jessica) Baumgarte, both of Batavia; one sister, Lisa (Larry Jr.) Wenner of Lovettsville, VA and his niece and nephews, Isabelle Baumgarte, Jacob Baumgarte, Trip Wenner and Chase Wenner.
Calling hours and funeral services will be private. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Batavia. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
