Mrs. Darlene A. Johnson, 60, of Batavia, died Sunday (February 2, 2014) at her home in Batavia, while under the care of Homecare & Hospice.
Mrs. Johnson was born July 14, 1953 in Batavia, the daughter of the late Joseph A. and Gertrude M. (Weatherbee) Ratulowski.
She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister, who enjoyed making quilts and crocheting.
Survivors include one daughter, Marlene Hartford of Batavia; one son, Eugene (Virginia Lane) Johnson Jr. of Batavia; two brothers, Joseph (Cheryl) Ratulowski of Sugar Hill, GA and John A. Ratulowski of Batavia; two half-sisters, Joanne Kendall and Carlene Ball, both of Batavia; one granddaughter, one great-grandson and a niece and a nephew.
She is the wife of the late Eugene F. Johnson Sr.
There are no prior calling hours and services will be private. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery, Batavia.
