Mr. Surace was born February 3, 1948 the son of the late Frank Charles and Mary Frances (Gargano) Surace.
Friends may attend a time of celebration of Frank’s life at 10 am on Monday, November 9, 2015 at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Batavia. Arrangements were completed by H.E. Turner & Co. Funeral Home of Batavia.
