Jean C. Baldwin

Jean C. Baldwin, 92, of Batavia, passed away on September 7, 2024 at the Orchard Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Medina.

Jean was born April 25, 1932 in Buffalo, a daughter of the late Elmer and Leona (McLaughlin) Jarecke.

Jean was an artist who began her education at Albright Art School and then graduated with her Masters Degree from Columbia University. Jean enjoyed painting, sports, fishing, photography and she retired as an art teacher.

Surviving are her daughters, Lynn Baldwin and Carol Root and nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her husband, Fred Baldwin and brothers, Robert Jarecke and Merle Jarecke.

Services for Jean will be held at a later date in Grandview Cemetery, Batavia. Those services will be announced.
