Batavia - Mr. John H. Fee, 85, of Batavia, salesman for Kraft Foods in Rochester for 35 years, passed away Friday, January 25, 2013 at his home.
Mr. Fee was born November 18, 1927 in Buffalo, a son of the late Frank and Ruth Beecher Fee.
A member of St. Joseph's Church, Mr. Fee was a former member of the Batavia Lions Club and St. Nicholas Club, member of VFW Post No. 1602, the American Legion Post No. 332, Polish Falcons Nest No. 492 and the Moose Club in East Mesa, Arizona where he and his wife wintered for many years. He served with the United States Navy during World War II.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Patricia L. Scott Fee; three sons, Michael (Delores) Fee and David (Pam) Fee, both of Greece and Gregory Fee of Mesa, Arizona; two daughters, Kathy Smith of California and Colleen (Bill) Wassink of Batavia; two brothers, Thomas (Doris) Fee of Portland, Maine and David (Mary) Fee of LeRoy; a sister, Betty (Gilbert) Warner of Florida; ten grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He is the brother of the late Patricia Yasses, Sandra Costanza and Geraldine Chamberlain.
There are no prior visiting hours. Friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Joseph's Church, 303 East Main Street, Batavia. Private burial will be in Grand View Cemetery, Batavia. Memorials may be made in the form of Mass intentions or to your favorite charity.
