Batavia - Jonathan Brent Marvin, 39, of Batavia, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 31, 2015 at his home.
He was born November 25, 1975 in Warsaw, a son of Irv (Ginger) Emerson of Corfu and Nancy Marvin Emerson of Batavia.
He enjoyed fishing and helping his friends work on their cars. His greatest joys were spending time with his nieces and nephews and his animals.
Surviving along with his parents are his siblings, James (Natalie) Emerson of Oakfield, Leah (Wesley) Thigpen of Batavia and Lisa (Nathan Durkee) Emerson of Stafford; nieces and nephews, Cameron and Lauren Emerson, Christopher, Trinity and Lonna Thigpen and Bennett Durkee; his step-brother, William Johnson, III of Corfu and his grandfather, Brent (Stephanie Sage) Marvin of Batavia.
Friends may call on Friday from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Bohm-Calarco-Smith Funeral Home, 308 East Main Street, Batavia, where services will follow the visitation at 6 p.m. He will be laid to rest in Grace Cemetery, Castile.
