Karin M. Durawa, 49, of Batavia, died unexpectedly on Monday (November 17, 2014) at her home in Batavia.
Karin was born December 2, 1964 in Buffalo, a daughter of the late David and Suzanne (Kilger) Szymanski.
Karin enjoyed attending her children's sporting events, spending time with her family and her dog, Bailey. She also enjoyed photography.
Survivors include her husband, Kevin Durawa of Batavia; her son, Gregory (Jessica) Durawa of Batavia; her daughter, Sydney Durawa of Batavia; her grandchildren, Mikenna Durawa and Liam Durawa, both of Batavia; two sisters, Sandra (Steven) Janes of Cheektowaga and Kathy Jo (Joseph) Morlock of Boston, NY and numerous nieces and nephews.
Calling hours are Saturday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the H.E. Turner & Co. Funeral Home, 403 East Main Street, Batavia. Karin's services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday also at the funeral home.
