Lucille C. Rich, 82, of Elba, passed away on Sunday (October 8, 2017) at the United Memorial Medical Center.
Lucille was born August 13, 1935 in Oakfield, a daughter of the late Charles and Eva (Applegate) Fite.
A member of the Elba Fireman's Ladies Auxiliary, she enjoyed bowling, bingo and playing golf and was a clerk at Metlife in Batavia.
Survivors include her children, Cheryl (James) Bieber of Elba and Craig (Donna) Rich of Batavia; granddaughters, Christina (Brian Kotarski) Bieber of Oakfield, Melissa (Wayne) Doyle of Florida, Kimberly Johnson of Florida, Kelly (Brad) Trzecieski of Oakfield and Heide Rich of Batavia; great-grandchildren, Austin Kotarski, Caitlyn Kotarski, Michael Doyle, Dillon Doyle, Hunter Doyle and Lucas Johnson; three brothers, Bob (Irene) Fite of Byron, Richard (Bev) Fite of Warsaw and Harry Fite of Illinois; one sister, Doris (late Robert) Stokes of Bethany and several nieces and nephews.
Lucille is the wife of the late Theodore Rich and a sister of the late Marjorie Rich, Frank Fite, Norman Fite and Ronald Fite.
Calling hours are Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the H.E. Turner & Co. Funeral Home, 403 East Main Street, Batavia, where services will be on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Maplelawn Cemetery, Elba.
