Magdalene J. Dietz, 80, of Wheatfield, passed away on September 1, 2024 at home under the care of her loving family.

Magdalene was born March 19, 1944 in Buffalo, a daughter of the late Caneo and Sarah (DiVita) Diagostino.

Magdalene loved spending time with her family, including her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also enjoyed camping, bingo, poker nights and trips to the casino.

Surviving are her children, James (Jill) Dietz, Jr. and Jamie (Randall) Diermyer; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her husband, James Dietz, Sr.; sons, Michael Dietz and Joseph Dietz; her brothers and sisters, Rose Batt, Pat Diagostino, Seymour Diagostino and Shirley Belcher.

Magdalene's Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 7 at Pane's Restaurant, 984 Payne Avenue, North Tonawanda.
