Nancy Laird Thompson

Stafford - Nancy Laird Thompson, age 62, passed away Monday, December 16, 2019, at her home. Nancy was born September 9, 1957, in Batavia, New York, daughter of the late Charles Douglas and Marguerite (Johnson) Laird. Survivors include her husband, Dale Thompson of Stafford; brothers, Thomas (Kathy) Laird of Fort Pierce, Florida, Kenneth Laird and Douglas Laird, both of East Bethany; sister, Catherine (William) Plaisted of Clifton Springs; brothers-in-law Rick LaVare of LeRoy and Wayne (Debra) Thompson of Weedsport. Nancy loved her nieces and nephews and made many warm memories with them. Surviving are Jodi and Michael Laird, Scott and Kimberly Laird, Jeffrey (Rosalie) Plaisted, Joseph (Kimberly) LaVare, Kelsey LaVare, Brian Laird, Justin (Amanda) Laird and Katelyn (Michael) Brazeau; great-nieces and great-nephews, Sara Chase, Elise Brazeau, Blake and Bert LaVare, William, Jonathon and Donovan Stubinger and Grace Plaisted. She was predeceased by her sister, Mary Beth LaVare. Nancy had a love for all animals and leaves behind her feline family.
