Elba - Robert B. Adams, 82, of Elba, passed away on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at his daughter's home in Batavia while under the care of HomeCare & Hospice.
Mr. Adams was born January 18, 1935 in Elba, a son of the late Burtie and Gladys (Judd) Adams.
He is survived by his wife, Marguerite "Midge" (Buck) Adams, whom he married January 9, 1954; his children; Nora Adams of Batavia, Robert C. (Mary Jo Ryan) Adams of Odenton, Maryland and the late Paul Adams who passed away in 2008; his grandchildren, Cale Rice of Batavia, Heather (Rob) Burns of Fort Mill, South Carolina and Rachael (Daniel) Kelly of Columbia, Maryland; five great-grandchildren, Ben and Emily Burns and Corinne, Alanna and Fiona Kelly; his sister-in-law, Betty (late Walter) Buck of Stafford and several nieces and nephews.
He is predeceased by his brother, Charles Adams and his sister, Joyce West.
At his request, there will be no public visitation or services held. Memorials in his name may be made to HomeCare & Hospice, 29 Liberty Street, Suite #6, Batavia, New York 14020.
