Shirley M. Chimino

Batavia - Shirley M. Chimino, 89, of Batavia, formerly of Batavia and Bergen, an inspector at Comstock Michigan Foods, Bergen, NY died Sunday, October 8, 2017 at LeRoy Village Green Nursing Facility, in LeRoy. Mrs. Chimino was born October 7, 1928 in North Tonawanda, NY, a daughter of the late Martin and Willhelmina (Lueders) Gallagher. She was a member of St. Joseph's Church and its Fatima Rosary Group.   Her husband, Michael J. Chimino, died in 1995. Survivors include hertwo sons: Michael (Kathleen) Chimino of Loudon, TN and Joseph (Maria) Chimino of Bergen, NY,; She is also survived by her grandchildren, Valerie Windhauser, Jamie (Dana) Chimino, Joseph (Molly) Chimino, Pamela Chimino and Kelly (Jim) Parzych her great-grandchildren, Kiah Rosedale, Kaitlyn Windhauser, Connor Windhauser, Trent Chimino and Ronin Chimino and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.  She was the sister of the late Wallace Gallagher, Loveda Jane Hall and Mary Ann Hamman.    Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with private burial in St. Brigid’s Cemetery in Bergen.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Covenant House, Donation Processing, P.O.
