Mr. William P. Liles, 76, of Bradenton, FL, died Saturday (September 27, 2014) at the Blake Medical Center in Bradenton, Florida.
William was born December 20, 1937 in Pavilion, a son of the late Robert and Ruby (Ruck) Liles.
A veteran, he served with the United States Army. William was an avid sports fan and loved watching sports and playing bingo. He also enjoyed attending farm shows and tractors.
Survivors include two sons, Christopher (Valerie) Liles of Byron and Jeremy (Sandy Stout) Liles of Batavia; one brother, David (Marilyn) Liles of Bergen; one sister, Marcia Weber of Batavia; his life companion, Nancy Haggerty of Bradenton, FL; five grandchildren, one great-granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.
Services with full military honors will be held Saturday (November 1st) at 11:00 a.m. at Byron Cemetery, Byron. Memorials may be made to Genesee Cancer Assistance, Inc., 16 Bank Street, Batavia, NY 14020.
